How do I cancel my order?

Please note that your order can only be canceled before we have dispatched it to you (normally 12 hours). We have no way of canceling it once it is dispatched from our end. If you want to cancel the order before you receive a shipping notification mail from us, please drop us an e-mail on sales@taalactivewear.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Your cancellation request will be processed the next working day. If the product cancellation is requested and it is dispatched from our warehouse, we will try to cancel the order, but the shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you choose to refuse the delivery of the product for any reason, the refund cost will be made after deducting the Shipping Charges we incur to ship the product back to the warehouse. If the return charges are higher than the order refund amount, no refund will be made

How do I return an item?

Product(s) can be returned/Exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery. In case of any discrepancy, kindly contact our customer care along with the Order number(s).

If you think, you have received the wrong product or in a bad condition please email us at sales@taalactivewear.com mentioning your Order ID/No. along with the product images. We will personally ensure that the issue is resolved satisfactorily. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back.

We can align the reverse pickup for one time from our logistic partner. In case the reverse pickup gets canceled, then the product will not be returned/Exchanged.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed and credited in the source account within 15-20 working days from the date of a courier being received in our warehouse.

Note: Any shipping charges incurred at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.

In case of refund, if the total order value, after return comes out to be below Rs.2000/-, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund value.

In the self-send process, the courier charges are not reimbursed.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?
The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the program adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products. Our prices are all-inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region. There will be an Extra Octroi charge for a shipment to Maharashtra Region.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at or email us at sales@taalactivewear.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back.
